Welcome to Zing Travels Pty Ltd. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Definitions
1.1 “Company” refers to Zing Travels Pty Ltd. “Client” or “you” refers to any person or entity using our website or services. “Services” refers to the booking and purchase of airline tickets, travel planning, and related support.
Booking & Payment
2.1 All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
2.2 Prices displayed on the website include taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Fares are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until ticketed.
2.4 Payment methods accepted: credit card, debit card, and approved online payment gateways.
Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Cancellation and refund policies vary by airline and fare type.
3.2 Any cancellation fees or fare penalties imposed by the airline will apply.
3.3 Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@zingtravels.com.au.
3.4 Processing time for refunds may take up to 30 days after approval.
Changes & Amendments
4.1 Change requests are subject to airline rules and additional service charges.
4.2 Requests for name changes, date changes, or itinerary modifications must be made at least 72 hours before scheduled departure.
4.3 Additional costs incurred due to changes (fare difference, taxes, service fees) are payable by the Client.
Travel Documentation & Requirements
5.1 Clients are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel documentation.
5.2 Any fines or penalties resulting from insufficient documentation are the Client’s responsibility.
5.3 Clients must comply with all health, safety, and COVID-19 regulations as mandated by governments and airlines.
Liability & Insurance
6.1 Zing Travels acts as an agent for airlines and other service providers and is not liable for errors, delays, cancellations, or losses beyond our control.
6.2 We strongly recommend Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.
Privacy & Data Protection
7.1 We collect and process personal information to facilitate bookings and comply with legal requirements.
7.2 Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
7.3 We will not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Services.
Force Majeure
8.1 Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, strikes, or government regulations.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
9.2 Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
General
10.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with an effective date.
10.2 Continued use of our Services after amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10.3 If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms remains in full force and effect.
